Who We Are
Steven Giampietro
President & Owner
Licensed Architect and Licensed General Contractor who has over twenty five years of experience within the Architectural Design and Construction fields. I am a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology School of Architecture and I have completed graduate level Construction Management courses at Steven's Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. I have completed many Design and Construction projects, meaning I have the capability, knowledge and experience to oversee your project and look-out for your best interests! I am a Member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and currently a board member of their Contractor of the Year Awards Committee.
Jim Cocco
Project Manager
Early in my career my passion for building and construction allowed me to advance quickly running my own crews. I completed finance courses at Kennesaw State College and Construction Management courses at Southern Polytechnic College. The education I received combined with the extensive construction experience proved to be quite useful as I focused on residential kitchens, baths, additions and decks. One amazing highlight of my career was being approached by Richard Wright, founder and keyboardist for Pink Floyd. My crew and I spend most of the year remodeling his home.
